How to Order

• Choose Your Size: Select the DTF transfer size that fits your project.

• Upload Your File: Ensure your design meets the required dimensions and quality standards.

• Gangsheet Options:

• File Limitations: For best quality, files should not exceed 22x250 inches. If your design is larger, multiple uploads are allowed.

Application Instructions

Heat Press Instructions:

• Pressure: Medium (6 KG)

• Temperature:

  • Cotton & 50/50 blends: 139°C (282°F)

  • Synthetic & polyester fabrics: 139°C (282°F)

• Press Time:

  • Cotton & 50/50 blends: 9 seconds

  • Synthetic & polyester fabrics: 6 seconds

• Peeling Method: Hybrid peel—peel hot or cold for best results.

• Durability Tip: After peeling, cover with parchment paper and press for 5 seconds.

Iron-On Instructions:

• Set iron to the highest heat setting.

• Apply firm, even pressure for 20-25 seconds.

• Peel hot or cold in a smooth, steady motion.

DTF Print Care Instructions

• First Wash: Wait at least 24 hours before washing.

• Wash Inside Out: Protect the design by turning garments inside out.

• Cold Water & Gentle Cycle: Helps maintain color vibrancy.

• Mild Detergent: Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.

• No Fabric Softeners: Can weaken the transfer.

• Air Dry Recommended: If using a dryer, set to low heat.

• Avoid Direct Ironing: If needed, place a cloth over the print before ironing.
