1. No Refunds on Custom Orders

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any custom-printed DTF transfers unless there is a defect in the product.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number for review.

  • We will assess the claim and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Order Issues & Lost Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier.

  • Any shipping-related claims must be filed with the carrier directly.

4. Quality Disclaimer

  • Our DTF transfers are made using high-quality materials, but colors may slightly vary due to screen differences.

  • We are not responsible for improper application, including incorrect heat press settings or user errors.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us first before filing a chargeback or dispute.

  • We strive to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
